Instructions for Carla:

1. Type the items purchased and prices (if applicable) into the text box.
   I changed the value in the code so you have space for 90 characters.
2. Click the Buy Now button.
3. On the PayPal page, enter the total price in the Item price box.
4. If necessary, adjust the Quantity.
   For example, if someone just buys two copies of Standing Stark, you could add "Standing Stark" book in the text box, then type 14.95 in the Item price box and then change the Quantity to 2.
5. Click the Update link.
6. Verify the total amount.
7. Click the Pay with debit or credit card tab.
8. Fill in all the required information.
9. Click Review and Continue.
10. Complete the transaction.
