We take a systems approach to open, integrate and heal mind, body and spirit. We explore the psycho-spiritual-physical aspects of the chakras and use specific meditative processes for each energy center that have not only a long history behind them, but also a proven one. Take advantage of the power of group synergy! Design: Meditating For Health is offered as a 7-week 1.5 hour class or as a 2-day meditation retreat. Hand-outs are provided. Wear loose clothing for comfort, bring a pillow for sitting and a journal.
