Work and Motivation Patterns: A Recruiting and Developmental Tool for Managers
This two and a half-day workshop is designed for managers and human resource staff who want to create a right fit for specific jobs and develop high performing teams. Using metaprograms, a model that identifies thinking styles and predicts behavior, participants are taught how to:
- Determine the thought and behavioral traits most needed in a position;
- Easily identify candidates' predominant processing methods;
- Create a successful match from job to employee.

Strategic Links: A Coaching Program for Leaders
This eight session program is for those who already create influence in the organization and those who are emerging leaders. Coaching lasts over a four month period to produce integration into everyday work life to:
