Sometimes we all can do with a clear assessment of where we are in our lives. You may suddenly wake up and realize that you've gotten off track somehow and want to make adjustments. Perhaps you want to live your values more deeply. Or, maybe you are in transition and seek a new beginning. Whatever your reasons, Lifepath Coaching is a program that provides not only a checkpoint, but also a distinct opportunity to know yourself more fully and to set in place the specific outcomes you choose. We always take the Whole Person approach.

Carla acts as your guide and sounding board using Life Coaching and other techniques to help you assess your life and determine new goals. This coaching is available in two forms: as structured group sessions meeting regularly over 5 months or as individual counseling sessions scheduled as needed. Lifepath Coaching covers these areas:

• Understanding your personal values
• Defining the life you want
• Making mindful decisions toward that intent
• Exploring and transforming beliefs
• Enhancing present capabilities
• Creating balance in your life
• Developing fuller relationships
• Moving through conflict to resolution

Carla is available for personal and telephone consultation for those of you who prefer not to commit to a formal coaching program, but have a specific area of concern you wish to address.

In Navigating Your Lifepath, Carla guides you through eight 4-hour sessions over five months. The sessions are supplemented with books, audiotapes and assignments between sessions to deepen your learning.
